Add a photo of your child — take one there, or pick one off your camera roll — and we'll show you every photo we took of them. See what the gallery looks like before you scan.

No. The code works from anywhere, and so does the button on this site. A grandparent at home can find and buy the photos the same evening. All they need is one photo of the athlete to start the match.

$19.99 gets you every photo of your athlete from that tournament, at full resolution with no watermark. A second child at the same tournament is $9.99. You can see all of your photos before paying.

Yes — and you see all of them, not a sample. Every photo of your athlete is shown watermarked and at lower resolution. Paying removes the watermark and unlocks the full-size files.

If we found fewer than five photos of your athlete, you don't pay. We'd rather lose a sale than take your money for a thin gallery.

Tell us and we refund it, no questions. Face matching is very accurate on sharp, well-lit frames, but a wrong match is our mistake, not yours. Email hello@sportpicz.com with the tournament name and we'll sort it the same day.

Yes. Anyone who can verify the athlete can find their photos and buy them. Once one person has bought the set, the download link can be shared with the rest of the family — there's nothing to stop you sending it to grandparents.

The match only returns the athlete you verify, so you can't browse other children — that's deliberate. Team and group photos (the huddle, the bench, the trophy) are included in every athlete's set they appear in. If a teammate's parent wants their child's photos, send them the code.

PayPal — with a PayPal account or any major credit card. Prices are in Canadian dollars. The checkout is run by our gallery partner; you'll see their page after you choose to buy. That's normal.

Anything you like. Print them, frame them, post them, send them to grandparents. They're yours, with no restrictions and no extra licensing fees.

90 days after the tournament, then they're removed. If you want them kept permanently, add the archive option at checkout ($29.00) and we'll hold them for you, and add each new season alongside.

Any phone made in the last several years, in the browser it came with — Safari on iPhone, Chrome on Android. No app to install and nothing to sign up for. If the camera doesn't open when you go to add a photo, choose a photo from your camera roll instead; it works exactly the same.

Yes. A professional videographer can follow your athlete for a tournament and cut the footage into a highlight reel for their socials, plus a longer edit for coaches and school or team applications. It's booked in advance for one athlete, and quoted per event. How the highlight reel works.

We usually have photos live the same evening, and always within 48 hours. Scan the code again and leave a number or email — we'll message you the moment they're up. If your tournament has finished and you still can't find your athlete, contact us and we'll look into it.

No. There is no public gallery of children to browse. Photos are reachable only by face match, and matching is restricted to parents and guardians. If you're ever concerned about how a specific gallery is being accessed, contact us and we'll remove your child's photos the same day.

It's used once, to tell the face match which child to look for, and then discarded. We don't keep it, we don't add it to any database, and we never sell or share it.

Experienced sport and action photographers working under our name, insured, working with the tournament organizer's or your club's permission, and clearly identified by a SportPicz jersey. They shoot only from public areas such as courtside and the stands.

Email hello@sportpicz.com with your child's name and the tournament. We'll remove them from face matching and delete their photos — no questions, no forms, and usually within a few hours. You can do this before, during, or after an event.

We shoot where the tournament organizer has appointed us, or where your child's club has asked us to photograph its own teams, and where families have agreed to event photography as part of registration. Our permission comes through the organizer or your club — but your opt-out overrides all of it, always.
