What you're buying
A digital licence to the photographs of your athlete from a specified tournament, delivered as full-resolution files without watermark. Purchases are per athlete, per tournament, unless stated otherwise at checkout.
What you may do with them
Anything personal: print, frame, share, post to social media, send to family. You may not resell the photographs, license them to others, or use them to advertise a business without our written permission.
What we keep
We retain copyright in the photographs. We may use a small number of images to promote SportPicz or the tournament — but never where a parent has opted out, and we will remove any specific image on request, no reason needed.
Price and payment
Prices are in Canadian dollars and shown before you pay. Applicable taxes are added at checkout. Payment is processed by PayPal; we never receive your card details.
Refunds
If we found fewer than five photographs of your athlete, you do not pay — and if you were charged, tell us and we refund in full. If the files are unusable, don't download, or aren't the athlete you expected, contact us within 30 days and we'll refund you. We would rather refund a parent than argue with one.
Availability
Photographs remain available for 90 days after the event unless you purchase permanent archiving. Download your files promptly. We give notice before deletion where we can, but the 90-day window is the commitment.
Coverage
We photograph as much of a tournament as we can, but we do not guarantee that every athlete or every game is covered. That's why you can see your athlete's photographs before paying anything.
Opting out
Any parent or guardian may have their child removed from our photographs and from face matching at any time, by emailing privacy@sportpicz.com. This overrides any consent given through tournament registration.
Liability
We provide the photographs as they are. Our liability to you for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under Canadian consumer protection law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable there.
