Families who buy × $19.99 × 25%, at each tournament. Planning figures, not promises. Siblings ($9.99) add on top. Paid within 30 days of each tournament by e-transfer or cheque, with a report of what sold.

How the children are protected

• No public gallery. Nothing is browsable, searchable by name or linkable.
• Only a child's own parents and guardians can find their photos, through a private face match. The photo a parent supplies for the match is used once, then discarded.
• Any parent can opt out at any time with one email. It overrides any consent given through registration.
• Every photographer is insured, works in a SportPicz jersey, and shoots only from public areas such as courtside.
• The club does not receive the photos or any right to use them. That permission belongs to each family.
• Deleted after 90 days unless a family has purchased archiving.

What families pay

• $19.99 for every photo of one athlete from a tournament, full resolution, no watermark. Second child $9.99.
• They see every photo first. Fewer than five photos of their athlete and it's free. No purchase is ever required.
