For tournament organizers & venue owners
Your tournament earns on every photo.
We photograph your tournament at our cost. Parents buy photos of their own child. The tournament organizer takes 5% of every sale — no fee, no work, and no change to anyone's prices.

What a tournament your size would earn
Enter your team count. The assumptions are ours and they are conservative; the arithmetic is yours to check.
Our planning figure is 30% of athletes photographed. It is a target, not a promise.
- Athletes photographed440
- Families who buy132
- Photo sales at your event$2,796
- Your share (5%)$140
Above roughly 55 teams we bring a second photographer so coverage stays complete; the share is the same.
The cheque is modest, and we'd rather you saw that now. What a tournament actually gets from us is courtside photography of every athlete by experienced sport and action photographers, at no cost, with no work, and a room full of parents who are glad you arranged it. The share is on top. If a photographer has ever charged you a day rate, that's the number to compare.
What it costs you
Nothing.
Your pricing is untouched. Parents choose whether to buy, and you earn either way.
A printed code at the scorer's table is the entire footprint — no booth, no table, no floor space.
We bring the photographers, equipment, gallery, payments and support. Your staff do nothing.
There is no minimum, no exclusivity beyond photography, and no invoice — ever.
What parents receive
Every frame of their own child, from the floor
The reason they buy — and the reason they'll thank you for bringing us in. Shot courtside on long lenses, delivered the same evening, previewed free.

How it runs on the day
The parent's side, in four steps
They scan a code
On our photographer's jersey, at the scorer's table, or at the door. No app, no account.
They add one photo of their child
Used once to tell the face match who to look for, then discarded.
They preview every frame free
Full gallery, lower resolution, watermarked. Fewer than five photos and it's free.
They buy, you earn
Full resolution, no watermark, theirs to keep. Five percent to you, automatically.
What we need from you
Four things, and that is the whole ask
The dates and the schedule. Courts, start times, and which divisions you most want covered.
Venue and photographer access. Credentialed through you, working around your schedule, in SportPicz jerseys.
A code posted at the scorer's table. We print it. Someone tapes it up. Here is the sign.
One paragraph in the emails you already send. Added to your existing registered-families email. No new list, no new send. We've written it.
That's it. If we ever ask for more than this, you should ask why.

For your sponsors
Give your title sponsor something families actually open
Every gallery a parent opens at your event can carry your sponsor's logo, framing every photo of their child — the one screen at a tournament a family looks at slowly, more than once, and shares with grandparents. That is inventory you don't have today, and it costs you nothing to offer.
-
What the sponsor gets
Their logo and a link on every gallery page for your event, from the evening photos go up until the gallery closes. We report the number of families who opened a gallery, so they see the reach.
-
What you get
A new line on your sponsorship deck, worth more to a sponsor than a banner nobody photographs. Price it however you like; the money is yours. We ask only that the sponsor is appropriate for a page about children.
-
What we need
A logo file and a link, a week before the event.
How we handle the children
The section your board will ask for
-
No public gallery
There is no browsable gallery of children at your event. Nothing is indexed, nothing is linkable, nothing is searchable by name.
-
Only a verified parent
Photos are returned by face match to a parent or guardian who can verify the athlete. A stranger has no route in.
-
The photo is discarded
A parent gives us one photo of their own child so the match knows who to look for. Used once, then deleted. Never sold, never shared, never added to a database.
-
Opt-out on request, same day
One email from a parent removes their child from matching and deletes their photos. No forms, no questions. It overrides your permission and ours.
-
Identifiable and insured
Every photographer works in a SportPicz jersey, from courtside and public areas only. Commercial general liability, with your organization and the venue named as additional insured. Certificate provided before the event.
-
Deleted after 90 days
Event data is deleted 90 days after the tournament unless a family has asked us to archive their own set.
All of this is written into the one-page pilot agreement, so your board reads the commitment, not the pitch.

After the event
The statement you'll receive
One page, within 30 days of the gallery closing, with the payment. This is a sample with made-up figures for a 48-team weekend; yours carries your real ones.

Tournaments run, photos delivered
Our first tournaments are being booked now. Rather than show you numbers we don't have yet, we'll shoot your event and hand you the statement afterwards — families reached, photos delivered, your share.
Ask us for the organizer reference list before you sign anything. If it's short, we'll tell you it's short.

Everything your board and your families need, already written
Organizers rarely say no to us. They say "send me something I can forward." So here it is.

For venue & facility owners
Experienced sport and action photographers at every tournament in your building
You host the tournaments; the organizer books us. Families leave your facility with real photographs of their athletes, and there is nothing for you to install, staff or pay for. If you'd like us in your building for every tournament that comes through, tell us and we'll bring the offer to the organizers who book you.
Nothing on the floor. A photographer courtside in a jersey and a sign at the scorer's table. No booth, no power, no wifi needed from you.
Your name on the gallery. The venue is credited on every gallery for events shot there, with a link to your facility.
Insurance in your name. Commercial general liability with the facility named as additional insured, certificate before the first event.
